In early December, I turned in the final edits for Councilor, the second book of “The Grand Illusion,” which will likely be released in mid-to-late 2022. In an update, the publication date for Isolate, which is the initial book of the series, has been moved up a month to next October [2021]. Obviously, I’m now working on the as-of-yet-untitled third book.
Excited to read your newest series!
I love all your books and am looking forward to this new series.
Thank you for all of your stories.
Really looking forward to Isolate.
Just finished ‘re-reading Octagonal Raven, for the 5/6th time.
Your ideas always really strike me, especially how you successfully extrapolate from the present to create new universes.
The Octagonal Raven is really topical now, perhaps more so than when it was written and published.
Please keep them coming, I really enjoy how you keep on successfully doing this, from my pov it demonstrates really impressive horizon scanning skills.
Hope you and and your family are doing well.
I’ve just finished Fairhaven Rising… and Recluce will always be among my favorites, but I am looking forward to Isolate… and whatever the next Recluce Saga novel will be!
New series! I love your books so much, and your speed at writing them. Thank you so much for the excitement I feel everytime I see, and read, your books. Live long and prosper.
Am reading grand illusion series book two and can’t find glossary on what the days of week are , for instance what day is findi or duardi in comparison with Monday, Tuesday, etc.
The Guldoran calendar is based on a six-day week — Unadi, Duadi, Tridi, Furdi, Quindi, Findi. Findi is the end day, and the usual day off.
I am currently reading your Grand Illusion series, specifically Councilor. Throughout my reading, I am struck by your prophetic, illuminating and frightening relevance to the current political upheaval of 2024.
I met you with the Recluse series & have read each of your series twice. The Grand Illusion series is fantastic & definitely a description of our world in 2024. I’m grateful a friend recommended you.
