I really enjoyed that one.
I’m still surprised by the repeated reluctance by Tor to redo the maps of Candar.
Are the rights held by the original artist and simply too expensive, or are they now that strict on publishing that extraneous costs are being pared to the bone?
Or is it simply that they don’t consider your sales worth the efforts?
I’d not have thought redrafting to your rough thoughts would be that expensive given the overall layout and style has already been established.
Granted the originals are unlikely to be digitised., but I’d have thought the print versions behind the scenes would make an adequate starting point.
